We work very hard to make sure we're delivering the best possible product, but understand that for a very small percentage of people, sometimes it just doesn't work out :(
BEFORE you request a refund, please make sure you've given the product enough time to work for you. We've put together articles on how to get the best results for each product. Please click on the product you're looking to return and read the page first.
If you've already done that, here's how to get a refund for your order...
STEP #1: Get A Tracking Number
You can send your order back via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other mail service you prefer. You do not need an RMA. Please send your unopened product to...
You do NOT need to return any opened bottles. If you only ordered 1 bottle and already opened it, skip to step 2 :)
IMPORTANT: Make sure you get a tracking number when returning your product. That way we can give you an immediate refund once you contact us.
STEP #2: Create A Ticket
To create a refund request, CLICK HERE.
Be sure to include your tracking number so we can verify that you've returned it. Again, if you only ordered 1 bottle and it's already opened, you do not need to return it. Simply create a ticket asking for a refund.
Once you do this, we will happily process your refund :)
