Most people simply put 1 scoop of Peak BioBoost into their morning coffee, oatmeal or smoothie. This helps create a dramatic change and works like wonders!


However for some cases, you may find that it doesn't help promote healthy bowel regularity. If that's the case, there are several things you can try to improve your results. They include...


  1. Increase Peak BioBoost - If 1 scoop per day isn't working for you, try 1.5. If that still isn't working, try as many as 2 scoops per day. Just do this slowly to avoid gas/cramping that might occur if you increase your dosage too fast. As always, experiment and see what works best for you.

  2. Increase water intake - Water is CRUCIAL for regularity because it allows your poop to absorb water, which makes it more full and soft. This pushes it through your intestines easier. Please make sure you're drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.

  3. Exercise - The colon responds very well to activity. If your abdominal wall muscles and diaphragm are weak, they can't stimulate your intestines. The good news is, there are no specific exercises you need to do. Something as simple as a daily walk can help, although a regular strength training program is recommended.

  4. Add more fiber - Fiber absorbs water and causes stool to be larger, softer, and easier to pass. When you do this, try to focus on water-based fiber products. So for example, apples are high in both water and fiber. They work really well and are easy to add to your diet. Oatmeal is another great one.
