Reason #1: You Simply Want To Find Your Tracking Number


If this is you, go to your inbox and search "Shipping notification". You should see one from us which will include your tracking number. Simply click that link and it will tell you where it is and when to expect it.


Reason #2: Your Package Is Taking A Long Time To Get To You


First of all, I apologize in advance if this is the case. 


We ship out THOUSANDS of orders every single week. Sometimes tens of thousands. As you might imagine, a small percentage of those packages run into issues. While we work very closely with postal services such as UPS, Fedex and USPS, they do sometimes lose packages. Unfortunately once the packages leave our warehouse, we have no control over them.


Here's what to do if you suspect your package was lost...


  1. First, please allow 3 business days for your order to ship. While we generally ship faster than this, we place product quality over shipping times. If you purchased a product that's a powder (vs a capsule), we are testing each batch to ensure the quality of the product. This sometimes slows shipping times, but gives you a better quality product. We think that's a fair trade-off.

  2. After 3 days, go to your inbox and search "Shipping notification". You should see one from us which will include your tracking number. Simply click that link and it will tell you where it is and when to expect it.

  3. If you do NOT see a shipment notification, please contact us and ask us to locate your tracking number. If for some reason your shipment got lost, we'll work with you to make it right!
